The help comes in different forms because creators need different things at different times. A new creator needs first steps. A creator who is already posting needs to know what is selling. Everyone needs a person to contact when something goes wrong.

A welcome message with first steps

Every creator passes a government-ID check with a live face check before posting. Your documents are private and are never shown to fans. When that check is complete and you are verified, a welcome message from the BaddieVids team arrives in your messages.

The message sets out your first steps, so you know what to do next. You do not have to search the site for it. It is waiting in the same place where you will later talk to your fans.

Emails in your first week, and tips after that

In the first week new creators get getting-started emails. They cover the early stage, when you are setting up your page and posting for the first time.

Once you are posting, you get sales tips by email. These are practical ideas for selling more of what you already make. You can read them in your own time and use the ones that fit your page.

Baddie Coach, inside the site

Baddie Coach is an AI assistant built into the site for verified creators. It answers from your own account numbers only. It never sees other creators' accounts.

You can tap a ready-made question or type your own. It can tell you what is selling best, who your top-spending fans are, which fans have gone quiet and what to send them, and when your fans are most active. It can also give you three concrete moves to make more this week, or a plan for the next 30 days.

It replies in the language you write in, English or Spanish. You can ask up to 30 questions a day. It gives suggestions, not guarantees.

Creator guides

Verified creators have two guides, opened when you are logged in. "What to make" covers what to record and post. It is also available in Spanish, as "Qué grabar". "What to post on X" covers promotion.

Promotion matters because fans have to find you first. Most creators promote on X with a link in the bio, and the guide is there so you are not guessing what to post.

The site itself can be used in Spanish too. The language switch is at the foot of the page.

A human support team

Some questions need a person. For those, email support@baddievids.vip. That is the human support team.

Write to support about your account, your verification or your payouts. Payouts are made by bank transfer, 7 to 10 days after a payout request and compliance checks. Ask support before you start if you are unsure whether your bank can receive the transfer.

What the help cannot do

It is worth being plain about the limits. Nobody can promise a figure. The guides, the emails and Baddie Coach give you ideas and information. The posting, the promotion and the replies to fans are still yours to do.

What the help does is remove the guesswork. You know your first steps, you can see your own numbers explained, and you know where to write when you are stuck.
